VAS Senior Specialist

  • To work on the end to end digital experience, enablement, conversion & transformation in Etisalat through catering for mass, niche and corporate segments
    • Managing and developing all of the digital channels; mobile app, e-care, online portal and webdashboard
    • Handle the end to end customer behaviour in each channel with the focus for acquiring new customers, retain the existing ones and driving revenues from these channels
    • Digitizing all the existing products and services and driving all the new ones into the digital world
    • Handle the digital experience for Etisalat as the main tool for operator evolution, this is done through expanding the digital channels, capitalize on digital content payments and develop new digital products and services catering for the different segments (prepaid, post-paid, corporate and B2B)
    • Driving the corporate into the digital platforms following Etisalat strategy in transforming consumer experience and engagement via digital platforms
    • Ensuring an Omni-channel experience across all digital channels
    • Increasing online penetration and conversion
    • Generating revenue from Digital base by managing the conversion to digital eco system

Maximize the Digital base penetration by increasing conversion from traditional channels to Digital channels
Qualifications Essential
- Bachelor degree- Very good Computer skills Advanced MS excel is required Excellent business analysis skills- Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading Writing & Oral) - Excellent presentation & analytical skills
Qualifications Desirablel

  • Bachelor degree in engineering or business
  • Solid telecom technical skills and awareness with Etisalat technical architecture




  • 3 years’ experience in Telecom
  • 2 years experience in Application Management
