Architecture creation

  • Create target architecture that addresses the organization strategy and produce IT roadmap
  • Produce solutions guidelines and standards that resulting from lessons learned and best practices

 

 

  • Time required to update the Roadmap

Architecture Assurance

  • Review designs made by domain experts in business, application and technology domains.
  • Provide guidance to the solution architects who apply enterprise standards and guidelines at the project level.  .

 

 

  • Number Reviews done within the SLA

Collaboration:

  • Research, collaborate, and influence vendors and internal development teams to develop innovative solutions to complex problems

 

 

  • % of projects receiving architecture consultancy

Communication activities

  • Keeps architecture artifacts updated with plans and changes in the enterprise architecture repository.

 

 

  • % of communication plan tasks executed on time

IT Assets Categorization

  • Classify Procured IT assets to reflect correctly in our financial books to be able to track our capabilities investments overtime

 

 

  • Timely and accurate completion within the SLA

6. FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES, & DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY:

Solicit recommendations from the functional champion. Open discussion on the topic soliciting opinions from all members. Use facts and guidelines to generate alternative solutions. At conclusion of the discussion, allow for feedback on unresolved issues related to the topic. Go around the room and ask each person for final comments. Look for consensus (We define consensus as the point where all team members can say “This may not be my ideal decision outcome, but I can live with it and will support it”

 

 

7. OPERATING ENVIRONMENT:

  • Working hours: From: 09:00 AM To: 05:00 PM / (Flexible)
  • Working environment: --100% indoor
  • Allocated Inside Cairo.
  • Frequent Abroad travel.
  • Days Off: 2 Day
 

 

8. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications:

Essential

  • University Degree in Business, Technology and/or Informatics, System Development.
  • 2 to 4 years Experience in IS/T area, preferably IT architecture, development and support
  • Proficient in simplifying and standardizing complex business processes and IT systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with eTOM and TOGAF
  • Able to engage at multiple levels: developer to C level leaders
  • in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
