Technical Customer Experience Senior Engineer

Job Details
The technical customer experience senior engineer main job objective is monitoring Technical Core functional teams’ actions and checking their impact on customer network experience, raising a flag when a suspected bad experience is to be encountered.
This objective shall be realized through:
Using current available end to end customer experience assessment software probes & data analytics to reach the closest possible experience to actual customer experience in field.
Monitoring the network 2G/3G/4G KPIs trends over time and working closely with functional teams, strategy & PMO teams to ensure their enhancement both in value & in using the correct measuring KPIs.
Ensuring that technical department has got sound & functional measurement tools prior to rolling out any new technology in field.
Delivering & sharing acquired experience & knowledge to other team members & other teams who do not have the same end to end visibility over customer experience.

 

 

Qualifications Essential
Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering (Major, Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering)
Minimum years of Experience: 2 years
Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral)
Very good communication skills
Computer skills are a must, especially SQL, MS excel & Access
Analytic mind in problem solving

Knowledge of any of Customer Experience tools especially PS/CS probing systems, U2000 and business object
High Non-Technical skills (Communication, presentation and reporting)


Qualifications Desirable
- Ability to work under pressure, dedicated hard worker - Professional reporting skills. - Strong analytical, Practical, creative and interpersonal skills.
- Good in CS/PS Core structure and protocols 
- Aware of Tx and IP BB architecture.
Knowledgeable in Automation tools
Advanced effective soft skills (Communications, Time management and conflict resolution) 

 


Experience Essential
taking role of the Technical Customer experience areas:
        IPBB, CS or PS core planning/operations
        
        
Experience Desirable
taking role in any of the following fields:
        Radio, Transmission and Access
        GSM / UMTS / EUTRAN fundamental and overview
        GSM / UMTS / EUTRAN features and algorithms
