Site Management Senior Specialist

Job Details

1.    Handle & Confirm expansion activities, Hub Conversion & Site Sharing received from Access Control & Site Sharing Team
2.    Handle Guard Hiring / evaluation/ cancelation/ restoration
3.    Coordinate & facilitate access clarity for FM team to save down sites
4.    Review HUB conversion acquisition received from Access
5.    Review Handover Form received from Rollout team and update report accordingly.
6.    Restore all down sites to its working condition due to retention related issues
7.    Follow legal issues with Legal for handed over sites 
8.    Interface with commercial team for restoration issues and renewal & guards checks
9.    Follow renewal Cheque submission with Commercial team
10.    Handle Renewal Cheque handover to Owners & Guards
11.    Follow repetitive payment and running problems during Contract life period and keeping sites access clear. 
12.    Clear all access problem immediately for expansion, Sharing or HUB conversion if applicable
13.    Handle and Clear owners, guards & Governmental problems before & after restoration
14.    Support Access Team in stealth incidents (police report creation, stolen material checklist &insurance claim) and related actions
15.    Support Access Team in Securing sites (Guard Room, Hire Guard "Permanent/Temp", Manufacture/deliver Lock system)
16.    Plan, follow up & report contracts renewal including signatures collection
17.    Interface with radio, transmission, telecom deployment & other technical teams for planned activities.
18.    Support Access Team in Locked Sites Project


Essential Qualifications and Experience


    Bachelor Degree 
    Minimum 3 years’ experience in working related scope
    Strong Micro soft office skills
    Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
    Very good communication skills.
    Very High negotiation Skills

    Good understanding of the different calls scenarios
