Segmentation & Data Mining Senior Supervisor.

Role Objective

  • Recommends proper Segmentation & Data Mining frame work that help Etisatat Egypt in achieving targets, enhance customers’ experience, and move into Customer Value Management.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Avail a group of segmentation: Micro segmentation, Value driven,  & Behavior driven  to support commercial decision making on all levels
  • Define, design and deliver the segmentation framework for Etisalat Egypt to support targets, commercial and planning and operational marketing.
  • Create a segmentation reporting suite and segmentations dashboard(s) to ensure the integration of the final segmentation products in Etisalat’s systems, process and people.
  • Ensure frequent updates to Etisalat Segmentation(s) & Modeling suite
  • Utilize the data mining, Segmentations, and Modeling techniques to increase Etisalat subscribers ARPU
  • Define current data gaps and define analytical and data mining requirements
  • Manage an ongoing body of high quality intelligence predictive models, which can be used to support marketing strategy & decisions, and churn detection
  • Establish statistical approach for extracting representative sample from specific population for the purpose of Market Research, Analysis, Tracking, or Profiling.
  • Define the segmentation metrics that best supports Etisalat Egypt to become a customer centric organization.
  • Own and manage SLA to run multiple segmentations, and prediction simultaneously.
  • Generate prescriptive insights – tactical and strategic insights to improve marketing effectiveness

Qualifications Essential

  • University Degree in commerce, economics, business, statistics or engineering.
  • MBA is a plus
  • Previous experience in Segmentation & Data Mining projects
  • Proven Record of using Data Mining Tools in Telco related projects
  • Previous project management experience is a plus
  • Excellent Computer skills, Advanced MS excel & Access is required.
  • Very good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).

Experience Essential

  • Minimum 5 years Experience in Telecom analysis related job
  • Data Mining Tools (KXEN, SAS, Clementine, etc.)

  • Access, SPSS, SQL
