Retention & Loyalty Connectivity Supervisor.Enterprise Marketing

Job Details

Responsible for:

  • Support developing & implementation of Base management roadmap & calendar of activities covering all related KPI’s.

 

  • Stretch & maintain existing customers by implementing designed innovative value propositions and work on differentiating & productizing Enterprise portfolio in order to enhance customers’ revenue & experience as well as minimizing the potential churners with the existing base.

 

  • Execute & achieve the monthly and yearly targets for base management activities.

 

  • Design, develop, and implement tools, reports, and analyses to understand customer base trends and behaviors daily/weekly/monthly to support tailoring propositions that cater for customer needs.

 

  • Fully implement digital activities when executing campaigns and take the lead & drive CVM related projects ensuring the best possible digital execution and experience.

 

  • Actively participate in respective Segment Teams contributing with valuable inputs on how we can grow the segments from a CVM point of view.

 

  • Support all go to market processes from CVM side to contribute to activities launch including working closely with project management to ensure smooth execution of new enhancements and the IT department to enhance model performance and trouble shoot data issues and develop business cases.

 

  • Handle all communication channels utilized for CVM activities i.e. Call Center, Direct Mail, SMS, Website.

 

  • Maintains excellent knowledge of Etisalat products and services in comparison to competition to satisfy corporate accounts’ needs.

 

  • Recommend improvements to products portfolio to support the management of assigned products, including predictive model performance, products profiles, renewal products profiles and marketplace analytics.

 

  • Provide post-mortem analyses for launched activities, asses and document corrective actions to ensure best practices in future activities.

 

  • Developing unique bundles targeting Corporates of all EBU products with the diversity of the portfolio including GSM voice , Advertising SMS , Bulk SMS , ADSL rate plans , Fixed Connectivity, e-cloud & AVL products capitalizing on handsets offering.

 

  • Monitoring competition moves in the enterprise segment and secure that Etisalat enterprise portfolio is profitable and competitive.

 

  • Conduct needed analysis related to customer behavior, ARPU and revenues to study trends and produce insights of plans.

 

  • Developing and enhancing competitive total telecom portfolios capitalizing on all the customer telecom needs from relevant products offered by Etisalat (GSM voice , mobile internet, data tariffs and messaging services) capitalizing on customer life style offerings serving Corporate accounts enterprise segments.

 

 

 


Qualifications Essential

  • University Degree
  • Minimum 4+ year of experience (preferable in Telecom field)
  • Excellent command of Arabic & English languages (Reading, Writing & Oral).
  • Excellent planning and analytical thinking skills.

 

Qualifications Desirable

  • Proven revenue development experience
  • Computer skills is a must, especially MS excel and power point.
