Pricing Senior Specialist

Role Objective:

To provide the commercial management with pricing & financial insights conforming the company’s overall objectives & strategy. Support the segments’ owners in commercial management decisions while contributing in the introduction of new tariffs and propositions to the market. Act as a key liaison with the Finance Strategic Planning team in the new propositions’ alignment with the financial KPIs.

Main Responsibility:             

  • Drive pricing strategies in relevance to the market in order to achieve coherent moves contributing to Etisalat competitiveness in the market & profitability targets.
  • To lead the necessary analysis and clarification for decision makers for various telecom segments in accordance to the company strategic objectives.
  • Analyze and design promotions/tariffs to enhance Etisalat market position, to maintain and improve market & value share.
  • Benchmark Etisalat tariffs’ portfolio versus competition’s by conducting a comprehensive pricing co-joint analysis & Gap analysis, hence recommending certain tweaks on current portfolio or proposing new tariffs & propositions.
  • Conduct international benchmarks to study best practices aiming at exploring new market openers.
  • Mediate between Segments and Finance to conclude a holistic financial assessment that serves both financial viability and Market adequacy.
  • Build financial models for business cases to assess the profitability of propositions, tariffs and enterprise accounts customization.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

•     A Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics/Business Management or equivalent.

•     Financial/Statistical/Economics /Planning background.

•     Excellent communication, Supervision, Time Management skills and be a proactive team player with strong mathematical and analytical skills

•     High flexibility & adaptability level.

•     Required years of experience: 0 to 2 years.

•     Strong marketing experience
