Payroll Senior Accountant

 

  • Prepare customised complex payroll cycles’ for each company employees’ (fixed and variable salaries, commissions, bonus, instalments, medical insurance, deductions, travel allowance, social insurance, individual taxes….):
  • Etisalat Global Services (EGS),

  • Etisalat foundation
  • Prepare the 2 companies’ financial closing for salaries, commissions’ incentive and related account payables based on accounting standards (Egyptian and International accounting standards).
  • Prepare analytical manpower dashboards and financial reporting for employees’ staff costs using financial and non-financial information detailed by functions, cost center and grades.
  • Staff costing & reporting SPOC to follow up all employees’ transactions over received information from HR, Sales and Admin functions.

  • Financial staff costing monthly/annual closing :
  • Prepare entries for Etisalat Global Services and Etisalat Foundation financial monthly/ annual closing on Oracle ERP by each cost center and function based on Egyptian accounting standards and international accounting standards

  • Support in preparation of the audit fieldwork requirements (internal & external auditors) for Etisalat Global Services and Etisalat Foundation.
  • Employees’ income tax and labour law :
  • Prepare the income tax application to each employee in the 2 companies for Etisalat Global Services and Etisalat Foundation for income tax considering each income deduction and social insurance in coordination with taxation team
  • Prepare the tax calculation basis and deductions for salary taxes and withholding taxes, on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for Etisalat Global Services and Etisalat Foundation
  • Prepare social insurance reconciliations for Etisalat Global Services and Etisalat Foundation

 

  • Analysis & Reporting dashboards
  • Support in the preparation of monthly analytical dashboard for Etisalat Global Services and Etisalat Foundation detailed by:
  • Benefit type
  • Grade
  • Cost centre
  • headcount number
  • Vendor Relations
  • Prepare analysis for the vendor contractual review with administration function for Etisalat Global Services and Etisalat Foundation to ensure safeguard the company rights such as Metlife, Premium, Travco ….
  • Prepare three match rule for received invoices
  • Initiate their payments on Oracle AP module in according with DOP for Staff costing & reporting manager review

Qualification & Experience Essential:

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • University Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business administration or related field.
  • Excellent Computer skills, MS Office is required.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Finance.
  • Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
  • Support in solving recurring conflicts and issues.:
  • Plan ahead the allocated tasks against his manager’s set deadlines and timeframe.
  • Think about the opportunity and/or need to develop new approaches, procedures and controls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, numerical skills, presentation skills, communication skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in teams, etc.
