Music Content Manager

Job Purpose:

To manage and develop musical and infotainment services. Managing the traditional service (RBT, Music apps,.. )  as well as digital transformation of the Music inside Etisalat Misr to compete with the big OTT players in the music & infotainment  market by setting strategic elements to ensure achieving desired set targets in term of revenue and brand.

In his new role, he will be responsible E2E on managing the team who will help the organization to:

  • Develop Partnership covering all aspects E2E and insuring it will cover both traditional & digital tracks
  • Manage E2E product develop from acquisition, proposition creation, as well as customer engagement along his life cycle to maximize the revenue per customer.
  • E2E partnership management with all Music content providers (either international/Local CPs) in terms of Development, Retention & Contract Renewals.
  • Direct agreement with celebrities to enrich content portfolio and create differentiation and exclusivity in the market.
  • Strategic Acquisition of potential key content aggregators, musical producers & content providers.
  • Decide on relevant new business models to enhance revenue KPIs and service perception to insure win-win situation between partner and Etisalat to insure profitability.
  • Designing and Implementing a clear top level Musical & Entertaining Content Strategy
  • Develop business models with multi-media & musical content partners that guards Etisalat profitability & margins
  • Digitizing the Musical content portfolio & orchestrating the integration & collaboration with key digital content partners
  • Create unique and exclusive content on both traditional and digital channels to maximize the customer engagement
  • Designing Musical Products Yearly calendar ( with continues maintenance and updates) that achieves the content yearly budget & secure proper portfolio base penetration
  • Manage the communication plan & event calendars of musical products to build an effective musical brand for both traditional and newly digital platform
  • Develop ATL & BTL campaigns and activations for the new album digital releases
