Role Objective

Increase Mobile Internet service penetration as well as maximize revenue and profit coming from this service to match with company strategy of leading the internet space in the Egyptian telecom market


Main Responsibilities

  • Main responsibility is mobile internet market development and revenue generation:
  • Proper planning for yearly/monthly activities and projects driving market share and revenue performance while making sure plans are in line with company targets.
  • Achieve MI acquisitions and revenue targets as per yearly budget through developing existing market and approach new market segments.
  • Providing creative, profitable proposition/solutions that in turn develop market acquisition and boost existing revenues which should be based on market research and proper analysis.
  • implement pricing strategy to include all market segments to assist in developing acquisitions.
  • Closely monitor market moves and react based on situation making sure that both service brand and market share are best positioned compared to competition.
  • Work on opening new non-traditional channels, providing guidance towards improvement of channel activities, in addition to improvement performance of channel employees.
  • Plan and implement monthly activities and customer life cycle management to boost service penetration and revenues based on market situation.
  • Work closely with different teams to:
    • Improve customer experience taking into consideration existing limitations and working to produce the best solutions for the customers in line with both company strategy and budget.
    • Produce the best handset and application strategy to boost service penetration and increase customer ARPU.
    • Produce the best market segmentation to provide better offers matching all usage behaviors.
    • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships opportunities to boost service acquisitions and revenues.
  • Create periodical reviews for management visibility on running activities; perform market research to explore potentials and areas for development.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies




Qualifications and Experience

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • University Degree in Business, Communication.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience.
  • (Area of experience) Marketing, Business, MIS
  • Very Good Computer skills, Advanced MS excel is required.
  • Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).

  • Solid marketing experience (academic and/or practical)
  • Analytical skills and results oriented
  • Very good presentation and communication skills
