Mass Market Retention Supervisor


  • Manage, develop, execute and monitor retention marketing tactics in order to optimize prepaid churn customers, improve revivals and decrease churn value loss.



  • Develop prepaid retention roadmap and ensure achieving projection trends in order to maintain customer retention.
  • Plan retention schemes according to customers' activities to enhance the experience and retain customers.
  • Analyze the market trends in order to seek for new defensive lines to minimize churn and inactivate subscribers.
  • Track competition retention offers in order to ensure tactics engagement and limit competition's negative impact on active subscribers.
  • Manage, develop, execute and align retention marketing tactics and customer value management programs in order to illuminate any conflicts or overlap while launching a new offer.
  • Monitor performance of retention metrics such as churn, drivers, disconnected sub profiling and retention channel performance, etc., in order to maintain an updated overview on different customer retention variables.


Qualifications Essential

  • Excellent Computer skills Advanced MS excel is required.
  • Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading Writing & Oral).
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.

 6 years of experience in Marketing.
