Mass Market Acquisition Senior Supervisor



  • Achieve “Mass segment base” growth; according to the company’s budget, via managing the activities and performance of different channels.
  • Maximize Mass acquisition marginal revenue through effective offerings and promotions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing the Prepaid acquisition marketing plan
  • Identifying market acquisition opportunities in the local market
  • Managing and developing projects aiming to increase customer base
  • Utilize and introduce new acquisition channels
  • Planning time and cost estimates for projects
  • Forming teams and assigning roles for projects on hand
  • Communicating with various departments and suppliers in relation with project managed
  • Creating post product launch reports and impacts
  • Work closely with Product Manager and communication in developing the marketing strategy & objective setting
  • Collect key data and information for input to developing the marketing plan and provide support for the preparation of price/cost analysis

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Work experience min 5 years (telecom preferred)
  • Bachelor Degree in Business , Marketing
  • Fluent English & Arabic
  • Flexibility in dealing with people diverse working styles.
  • Highly motivated, independent and inquisitive.
