Market Research Senior Specialist

Supporting segments in the decision making process in providing the voice of the customer in terms of product design, pricing and mechanism in products related to Marketing consumer segments.

  • Mastering the research tools (Questionnaire Writing- Checking FW Data accuracy- Reporting).
  • Managing agency deliverables, timelines and quality of data/work while building relationships with the agencies to reach the best business model (being business partners).
  • Interacting and communicating with the marketing segments regarding  the briefs/Research objectives  and project deliverables
  • Forming clear commercial opinion based on on-going body of high-quality analytical insights in order to derive strategic meaning and implications. The outcome is set of actions and recommendations to the different commercial segments, strategy teams & management.
  • Proactively working on new initiatives to ensure the best levels of market understanding and connectivity between the marketing segments and the end customers, understanding their current needs as well as market trends to deliver on them.
  • Continuously supports marketing consumer segments with decision making with sound recommendations based on customer feedback qualitatively and quantitatively.
  • Pre-launching testing and giving recommendations on major launches, and measure their performance on various KPIs and recommend needed enhancements as well as recommending the relevant potential target.
  • Post evaluation and tracking platforms evaluation of Tariffs/products across KPIs, satisfaction, usage and awareness of platform specifications.
  • Providing business owners with clear description and profiling of tariff/platform users

 

Qualifications Essential

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Economics
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience
  • Previous experience in similar position in multinational company
  • Ability to communicate persuasively and effectively in verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team where organization prioritization and sound judgment skill are essential
  • Excellent computer skills, and advanced MS excel is required
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Excellent in Arabic & English
  • Advanced presentation & negotiations skill.


Qualifications Desirable

  • MBA
  • Telecom background is a plus
  • Understanding sales, marketing & communication dynamics.
