MCommerce Partnership Analyst

Job Responsibilites:

  • Create dynamic flow for managing Mobile commerce base through new use cases and new partners along with the needed propositions, promotions & offers created to achieve segment expansion growth rate
  • Involved in Mobile commerce “Channel Strategy” to achieve horizontal & vertical expansion by expanding the partnership network and locking new deals either to be at par with the market trends or making exclusive new deals.
  • Study in details the cash flow in the Egyptian market and find new innovative ideas that help moving into cashless environment which help the ET cash / wallet growth as well as matching country strategy into cashless.
  • Manage & leverage customer experience journey across all touch points to build engagement and insure that all new use cases are in the best experience flow
  • Manage the relationship with all wallet strategic partners (Central Bank of Egypt, Bank Managing Partner, Regulatory Affairs & key financial players in the Egyptian market.
  • Handling Weekly operations with the partnered bank
  • Acquiring Budget from cross partners to support business promotional activates
  • Managing monthly reports to avail partners performance internal and external
  • Create pipeline for the partners and insure that deals to come within agreed time frames.
     

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Knowledge of Governance, Processes and policies.
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Commerce / business administration.
  • Minimum 3 year’ Experience in Telecom
  • Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
  • Excellent: Computer skills, Advanced MS Office is mandatory.
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
