Job Title: EGS - Learning Senior Specilaist


To manage and implement the management and technical training plan for Etisalat employees.

Design and implement learning projects to ensure continuous employee development.

Responsible for i designing and planning the activities and projects of the career Development section for continuous employee's development.

Qualifications Essential
University degree preferably in Business Administration or a relevant discipline.

Qualifications Desirable
Excellent command of training delivery.

Excellent command of training designing and development.

Excellent Communication and customer service skills.

Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading Writing & Oral).

Experience Essential
Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience.

Experience Desirable
Training and employee development background.

Awareness of different training vendors Awareness of different assessment tools.

Training Logistics (coordination & follow-up).

Proficient use of MS Office and Internet.

Technical Competency awareness.
