Internal Communication Manager


  • Defined as “the function responsible for effective communication among participants within an organization”. This vertical ensures that Etisalat’s employees are kept informed and motivated by communicating through several channels, such as staff intranet, email bulletins, social media and regular newsletters and internal events/activations…..etc.
  • Responsible for communicating Etisalat Strategy and Internal programs/campaigns that is essential to Etisalat’s short-term and long-term success.
  • Maintaining an ongoing dialogue with EM’s employees, with the right strategies and tactics, these dialogues yield valuable feedback from employees and can help foster a sense of belonging and creating employee advocacy, and increase the employees’ productivity.



  • Develop & Design the Internal Communications strategy for the entire organization that meets organizational objectives and aligned with the corporate strategy.
  • Plan, implement and monitor the company’s internal Comms Strategy and Communications programs’ execution in order to keep the internal stakeholders informed with the relevant information
  • Develop, Plan and execute all CEO communication messages and Programs to ensure easy Information flow.
  • Establish & Create organizational messages and keeps staff informed of developments
  • Generates content that informs employees about the objectives and policies of the company
  • Communicate periodically the corporate messages updates to our internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Formulate Etisalat’s internal response to Crisis PR situations.
  • Promote and disseminate Key Etisalat policies via internal Comms channels to guarantee more informative workplace.
  • Develop Internal communications plans for a range of activities, initiatives, & campaigns and implement them.
  • Ensure Communications messages consistency amongst different touch points.
  • Use communications technology to engage youth and tomorrow’s talent.
  • Handles the creation and implementation of multiple forms of communication activities and programs within EM
  • Responsible for Managing All Internal Channels and all its logistics.
  • Plays the role of project representation for the internal Comms and act as the point of contact and advisor
  • Prepare detailed quarterly reports.
  • Track, measure, analyze and deliver reports on Current communication efforts.
  • Oversee and allocate the annual communications budget and ensure its efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a strong IC team, in terms of recruitment, training, short and long term development plan, & areas of improvements.
  • Managing all the logistics of the external stakeholders, i.e creative agencies, production houses and print houses.
  • Establish Continuous communications for EM Corporate values to the Internal Customers
  • Publishing emails, flyers, updating boards, ambient channels and produce digital copies of communications
  • Contributing and helping to measure some of the internal programs via launching administrating surveys and Polls

Essential qualifications

Qualifications Essential

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Mass Communication School of ArtsCor related fields of study where the main language of tutoring is English

Qualifications Desirable

  • Graphic design

Experience Essential

  • 8-10 years of experience Excellent command of English both spoken & written. Corporate experience in English business writing editing and research
