Infotainment Team Leader


Main Responsibilities:

  • Main role / responsibility looking after 2 areas Etisalat Ring back tone and musical / video digital content across consumer , corporate and Home / Mobile broadband segments
  • Manage Musical Content Partners in terms of Development, Retention & Contract Renewals
  • Develop business models with multi-media & musical content partners that guards Etisalat profitability & margins
  • Manage the communication plan & event calendars of musical products to build an effective musical brand
  • Digitizing the Musical content portfolio & orchestrating the integration & collaboration with key digital content partners
  • Sustain and increase Ring back tone revenue and number of subscribers
  • Prepare an ongoing plan for service development and upgrades on the platform that can ease new propositions to the consumer
  • Develop and launch on going promotions that would attract new subscribers and enhance market share
  • Introduce base segmentation and retention that will decrease service opt outs and provide value to churners
  • Understand the customer needs and provide a more tailored content that would help increase service penetration
  • Integrate RBT with other services or tariffs to provide a simple and straightforward user journey for Etisalat customer.
  •  Launch bundled Mobile content offerings and propositions that include several VAS services to provide better content and exclusive value
  • Focus on introducing new Digital content storefronts based on market demands by partnering with key players
  • Empowering Etisalat tariffs and data plans with digital content that would help increase market share and acquisitions while decreasing churn
  • Generate incremental revenue for RBT and increase number of subscribers
  • Launch new RBT bundled propositions and promotions that helps maximize service revenue
  • Launch new digital content propositions
  • Research, plan, develop and execute full marketing and promotional activities on RBT and Digital products by cooperating with all stake holders
  • Develop business case and financials, provide forecasts and insights to understand more service penetration and behavior and help identify areas of potential growth
  • Develop monthly and yearly calendar and plan for activities and upgrades for each service
  • Daily monitoring and studying for services performance
  • Being the preferred
  • Looking at and managing all external stake holders in terms of partnership aspects
  • Enhancing services end to end experience and customer journey to enhance customer experience
  • Engaging with other tariffs and promotions to expand the content portfolio






  • Bachelor of Marketing / Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Telecommunication.
  • Excellent Understanding of Product Delivery Channels
  • Excellent Understanding of Consumer Needs

  • 3 years in content field
