High Value Segment Senior Specialist

Job Details:

Analyze & understand customer needs & behaviors- Participate in implementing the HV Segment strategy and road map of activities- Initiate new ideas concepts & promotions for HV market - Enhance HV segment engagement levels through effective offerings and promotions.

Main Respontabilites:


•             Analyze & understand the market conditions and dynamics in relations to the competition and customers’ needs

•             Analyze & understand the different customer needs & behaviors & walks of life within the HV segment base

•             Track all HV segment KPIs (Base, Revenues, Usage,… etc..) & recommend action plans to further develop/increase HV segment share (subs & value)

•             Initiate & develop propositions to insure achieving desired results

•             Recommend & Implement customer experience & engagement propositions / fixes to increase HV segment satisfaction

•             Communicate & coordinate closely with different departments and functions in implementing & launching marketing programs and activities successfully

•             Supporting the development, implementation and rollout of the Integrated Marketing Plan of the HV segment

Qualifications Essential
- University Degree in Business/ Economics / Management / Marketing / Engineering

- Minimum 1 to 3 years experience (preferably within a consumer marketing scope)

- Excellent Computer skills Advanced MS excel / MS Power point is required

- Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading Writing & Oral).

- Good Analytical skills

- Good Presentation skills
Qualifications Desirablel
- Team player- Ability to work under pressure
Experience Essential
1-3 years in marketing in FMCG or telecom
Experience Desirable
- Market Development product/service experience
