Enterprise Problem Management Engineer

Role Objective

 

To prevent problems and resulting incidents from happening, to eliminate recurring incidents, and to minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented.

To ensure that the enterprise services are initially delivered to customer matched with the contracted Value and service level agreements.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

 Problem management;

  • To identify the root cause of the problem using different analysis techniques via problem control processes
  • To prevent recurrence of incidents that impact enterprise services
  • Track and monitor the service after resolution to assure problem resolution
  • To handle/solve problems raised from incident management/enterprise operation BO

 

Service acceptance

  • Reviewing customer’s connection performance just after activation and escalate to the  Concerned teams if the performance level doesn’t match predefined standards, and follow up is required till the resolution of the issue

     

     

    Preparing periodic reports/trend for service acceptance & problem management activities

     

     

Qualification and Experience:

 

 

 

 

 

  • B. Sc. in computer or Communications Engineering
  • At  least 1--2 years relevant experience in the telecommunication   industry
  • Good Knowledge in Network elements (Cisco, Huawei , Juniper)
  • Good Knowledge in networking, routing a, switching and WAN Technologies
  • CCNA is a must
  • MPLS and MBGP is a must
  • Good communication & Reporting  skills
  • High sense of Ownership, follow up skills
