Enterprise Acquisition Sr Specialist

Job Purpose

SME Enterprise Marketing team needs to expand to be able to cover the required plan with Etisalat quality standards.

Job Role

To come up and execute new products initiatives relevant to the SME target customers, managing the assigned SME channels activities and Monitoring, reporting & Analysis for segment performance KPI’s, Focus on developing new creative initiatives relevant to SME segment customers to help achieve segment KPI’s and to help in retaining our customers.

 Main Responsibilities

  • Presentations for management approval
  • Ensuring project implementation,  covering “customer handling, selling process, scripts, key selling points, channels fulfillment, launch plan, communication, post
  • Ownership of the new products/ initiatives  focusing on all quality aspects throughout the product execution lifecycle starting from analysis, research then developing

Qualifications Essential

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage projects details while balancing multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • A BSc in Marketing or related marketing degree
  • Ability to develop and build strong working relationships with internal teams
  • High creativity level
  • Very good English and Arabic (Reading, Writing and Oral)

Qualifications Desirable

  • Ability to quickly learn, understand and work with analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work with wide ranges of personnel and deliver desired results
  • Ability to take direction and instruction from multiple sources with conflicting goals to reach the best results
  • Ability to work with a diversity of internal team members
  • Very good communication skills


Experience Essential

  • Educational or working experience in marketing/business field

Experience Desirable

  • Prior 2 years of experience in telecom operator marketing field
