ESS Sales Executive.Sales retail

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Launch & expand Etisalat shops through Etisalat strategic partners all over the country across all regions in line with Geo recommendations to enhance channel sales & revenues
  • Searching for new locations according to the agreed plan nationwide
  • Periodical field visits ensuring smooth operation at all shops (under constructions) nationwide and to handle all business issues till launch
  • Insure the readiness of the selected shops to meet the roll-out schedules and release the shop in complete readiness to push channel sales volume.
  • Achieving shops monthly assigned targets with close monitoring for each shop performance and weekly plans
  • Analyze shops performance dashboard on daily basis with objective achieving the assigned targets
  • Daily visits to the assigned shops in order to achieve our business plan and targets
  • Maintain strategic products allocation & best utilization to grantee Etisalat shops target achieve
  • Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development
  • Managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets
  • Achieve 100 % of area GA's targets on monthly basis across Ahlan, Data, USB, Hybrids, Postpaid, Handsets & MNP with threshold 75% per SKU )
  • Reaching the required market share targets for all products per region
  • Maintain and develop fair share of branding
  • Monitoring the performance of the area executives providing guidance, feedback, planning for necessary development in coordination with the HR
  • Monthly coaching meetings with shops manpower to insure their performance with on the spot directions & enhancement plans
  • Set area shops attendance schedule and vacations plans to insure the operations in parallel team work life balance
  • Ensure & secure  the cash & the inventory levels
  • Ensure selling process & regulations
  • Handle stock distribution flow to insure shops stocks on hand fulfillment and boost the sales volume
  • Maintain field manpower to insure shops achievements and smooth shifts scheduling through hiring status and ongoing evaluation
  • Responsible for area shops maintenance, safety & smooth operations
  • Expand current shops capacity & fulfill high traffic shops and minimize customers waiting time with positive reflection regarding the achievement
  • Periodical analysis for shops performance and identify weaknesses to set plans with management to uplift area performance and minimize the SAC
  • Tactical actions with management regarding poor shops performance replacement plan (maximize channel revenue and partners P&L)
  • Maintain shops standard in line with Retail standards guidelines to unify customer experience across retail channels (Flagships, Franchise , Mini Franchise , ESS & Express ) which reflect in all shop performance aspects
  • Efficiently deliver accurate services and information to the assigned Shops
  • Update Top Management regularly with competition moves
  • Provide financial guidance and decision support to all activities related to Express operational expenditure
  • Manage and follow Etisalat quality standers across the Express stores and take the needed corrective actions
  • Assist and support any related technical, IT, HR, Administration, and Finance troubleshooting issues until resolved
  • Support the company’s cross-functional departments (IT, Marcom, Geo-marketing, Administration, finance) to ensure full alignment with goals & priorities which are to be fulfilled properly in order to achieve our business plan and targets
