Development Analyst

Role Objective:

Responsible for implementing designing and planning the activities and projects of the career Development section for continuous employee's development. To implement training for internal customers evaluate training units and work on creating improvement plans to ensure continuous employee development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Centricity: Ensures those teams members create a positive internal customer experience and related touch points.
  • Innovation: Collaborate with team members to enhance existing workflows / systems and help them to develop new innovative processes and propositions/products/services.
  • Operational Excellence: Encourages others to take responsibility— Provides encouragement and support to others in accepting responsibility and high quality efficient delivery.
  • Assessment Center:
    • Design and run assessment center for selection and promotion
    • Supervise assessment center implementation and related logistics
    • Design feedback reports and review them
    • Conduct feedback session after assessment center
    • Develop and maintain assessment center automation and system
    • Help employees set their personal development plan
    • Assist and recommend development methods including training, elearning, coaching, etc to employees
  • Succession Management:
  • Implement plans for succession planning management
  • Work with IT to implement succession management system and automation
  • High Potential Program & Graduate trainees Program:
  • Develop and implement high potentials program including selecting HIPOs and managing their development plans for supervisory, managerial & Senior Management level
  • Leadership Development Programs:
    • Develop leadership development programs that focus on company values and philosophies.
    • Helps in Identifying and running leadership development programs to ensure all leaders and potential leaders have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Supervise the implementation of all development initiatives and projects.
  • Sets various development channels and tools and sets development programs for the whole company according to the company strategy and needs.
  • Assists employees to establish career goals and to develop education or other plans.
  • Runs and monitors the Administering and interpreting tests designed to determine the interests, aptitudes and abilities of employees.
  • Creates diverse development tools to ensure business continuity, including training, visual learning tools, educational assistance, distance-learning, etc.
  • Formulates the Career Development function processes, policies and procedures and communicates them to concerned parties and ensures compliance.
  • Generates reports to measure development programs effectiveness and sets enhancement plans.
  • Establishes a solid company-vendors relationships including selecting best training providers, signing contracts, and getting best training proposals by evaluating offers and agreeing upon best pricing terms.
  • Builds and Maintains positive relationship with training vendors, suppliers and learning institutions (locally & internationally).
  • Maintains records and prepare reports to evaluate performance of training vendors and monitor progress of trainees.
  • Monitors the function’s budgeting in alignment with the HR objectives.

 


Qualifications Essential
Essential Qualifications and Experience- University degree preferably in Business Administration or a relevant discipline- Minimum 3 to 4 years of work experience- Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading Writing & Oral).- Training & development background is a must.- Excellent Communication Skills.- Excellent Computer skills Very good analytical skills Advanced MS excel and internet is required.
Qualifications Desirable
Desirable Qualifications and Experience- Training and employee development background.- Awareness of different assessment tools.- Training Logistics (coordination & follow-up).- Proficient use of MS Office and Internet.- Competency model knowledge- Budgeting awareness.

- Oracle training I-procurement application.

- Succession Planning- Train the trainer certification.- Competency frame works- HR Diploma
