Corporate Large Sales Manager

Role Objective


Responsible for leading and managing merged enterprise sales teams while simultaneously bringing in new business opportunities, securing revenues (acquisition) and expanding existing relationships (loyalty & retention) for Indirect Connectivity Enterprise segment through understanding enterprise customers’ needs. Responsible for developing sales strategies in alignment with company strategy and achieving sales objectives through executing sales plans.


Main Responsibilities


1. Develop large enterprise sales Strategy in alignment with company strategy and setting strategic imperatives and plans to achieve sales targets and KPI’s.

2.Developing integrated ISP and enterprise sales plans while conducting regular analysis on the corporate customer base, market share, enterprise customers’ special needs and competitors’ activities, to align with Business Development, Loyalty & Retention Marketing teams & share ideas for new promotions, offerings & services.

3. Develop new business opportunities and grow existing business and relationships serving integrated business solutions and voice services for large corporates through forecasting and developing annual sales targets providing inputs to enterprise marketing team; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

4. Execute sales plans and activities through managing, motivating and building a high performance integrated ISP and voice enterprise sales team to achieve sales objectives.

5. Contribute to the development of the required departmental budget & monitor the effective / efficient use of all available resources.

6. Performance Management / Development:

oSupport in development through availing relevant technical training for enterprise sales managers and account managers; coach, and guide team; plan, monitor, and appraise job results.

oSetting required development plan and formalize the Performance Management concept and process across team members.

oDevelop department KPIs aligned with company initiatives and objectives.

oMonitoring performance against objectives and provide feedback for any corrective actions oIdentify training requirements, develop and mentor team members 7.Prepare & submit required reports, presentations and performance updates to management on regular basis.

8. Ensure the full adherence to the customer coverage plan / reach & follow up on the implementations, including Key  & Core strategic accounts 9.Supporting the segment / Account managers building long term relationships, gaining customers’ loyalty & achieving desired targets.

10. Managing all inter-departmental and cross functional activities to guarantee efficiency, responsiveness, and results delivery.

11. Maintain sales volume, product mix, and market prices by monitoring customers’ requirements’, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.



Qualifications and Experience

Essential Qualifications and Experience

•Bachelor degree in business related fields.

•Min 6-8 years of Sales experience.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

•Telecom background (preferred)

•Min 3 years of experience in sales management role.
