Contracts Senior Supervisor

JOB PURPOSE:
Act as contractual "middleman" between company employees and vendors/customers, ensuring
timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations through sourcing for the company's
requirements, negotiating prices and contracts' terms & conditions, while maintaining strong and
reliable business relationships with external parties.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Prepare all the necessary documents including the Requests for Proposals (RFP), tender documents and contact various suppliers in order to gather quotations for Etisalat requirements
• Act as a SPOC between the Tenders' committee members and the vendors to evaluate the received offers of each RFP and Tender.
• Negotiate pricings, terms and conditions with suppliers for cost saving purposes and to ensure their compliance with the company's policies and regulations.
• Prepare contracts according to the agreed-upon terms and conditions with the selected vendor, ensuring that the rules and regulations of the bidding are met.
• Communicate with all stakeholders (Requesting department, Legal and Finance) to ensure their alignment and approval to the contracts' terms and conditions
• Highlight any potential risks or any misconduct during the RFP process, through reports submitted to the Top Management, in order to ensure accuracy and commitment to the regulations.

Qualifications:
Essential

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Desirable

• Bachelor degree in law.

Experience:
Essential

• Minimum 5 years' experience in legal contracts

Desirable

• Experience in supply chain legal contracts
