Commercial Program Manager

To Develop and Implement the Integrated Commercial Plan and assure the right operational
governance. To manage the Commercial Program Management with the main responsibility of
Planning, Implementation, governing, and controlling the consumer commercial activities This
includes projects/programs related to propositions, products, services, tariffs, and other cross
functional operational activities that require alignment and synergies between the different
commercial departments as well as Technical, IT, Admin, and Finance to achieve corporate
commercial revenue within budget.

Seeks opportunities for organizational improvement and motivate subordinates to develop better ways ofhandling their workflows,products/services, processes and daily tasks.

People Management:
Cascade & communicate action plans, motivates and empowers and coach team's members to achieve best results. Ensure clear understanding and compliance of team members to compliance company policies and code of conduct.


Main Accountabilities:

To ensure the successful
implementation of commercial
consumer, P&S and Sales cross
functional projects and assure delivery
on time, within budget, and according
to the desired quality.
To ensure the governance of the
Customer Care roadmap and to
facilitate the implementation of
Customer Care initiatives.
To design, and implement the required
decision making, Go To Market,
change management, gates, and
controls to ensure the management
approvals on the offered commercial
Ensure full management visibility on
the status of Key commercial projects.
To define and develop the commercial
overall project management practices,
governance standards, processes and
metrics to achieve the fastest Time To
To translate the commercial plan into
set of programs and projects and liaise
with technical and IT to plan their
resources accordingly.
Develop and directs the
implementation of goals, objectives,
policies, procedures and work
standards where applicable for the
assigned program; interprets and
complies with Commercial KPIs.
Monitors and directs progress of the
assigned projects to ensure that
policies and procedures are being
followed, that goals and objectives are
met, and that services and projects are
being accomplished efficiently and effectively; takes corrective action as
necessary and relieve subordinates of
some difficult, sensitive or
controversial projects.
Plans, organizes, administers, reviews
and evaluates the work of subordinate.
Provides for the selection, training,
professional development and work
evaluation of subordinate staff and
makes recommendations on hiring,
termination, promotion and discipline
as required.
Monitors and stays abreast of
technological, legal and operational
changes that affect the activities and
work processes of the program.
To ensure operational excellence and
respect of existing SLAs within
different commercial work streams.
May act for the Head of Department as


Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
Minimum 7 to 10 years Experience.
(Area of experience) Telecom Project Management
Very Good Computer skills, Advanced MS excel is required.
Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).

PMP Certificate
