Qualifications Essential
University Degree in Business Adminstration Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Telecom background Excellent Computer skills Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral). Modeling Skills

Job Responsibilities

Leading a team looking after commercial budget operations end to end for consumer, enterprise and IOP in terms of revenue and costs. Team caries the below tasks.

  • Control of the commercial P&L to ensure right contribution to the comany
  • Manage commercial budget operations, initiate, coordinate, and ensure the development of the annual budget preparation process
  • Manage commercial rolling forecasts (official & unofficial) to provide the company management with clear and realistic vision of the company direction towards achieving the budget figures..
  • Set-up the budgeting dept processes, workflow, financial & commercial models.
  • Set commercial budget KPIs linked to the long term strategic goals of the company.
  • Develop long-term commercial business plan.
  • OPEX control per commercial department based on budgets and actual spends.
  • Develop recommendations to Commercial Leadership on cost optimization opportunities.
  • Prioritize allocation of available OPEX pool among various commercial departments and projects
  • Monitor & Track Etisalat Budget (Revenue & Acquisitions) performance and report to concerned parties.
  • Track and monitor commercial performance (Sales, Marketing …) to ensure compliance with the budget & business plan.
  • Develop and maintain historical documentation of commercial budget and financial issues.
  • Support the commercial management decisions by needed analysis, benchmarks and quantifications for related segment.
  • Develop and provide justification to the commercial management with respect to the variances actual vs. budget/forecast.
  • Ensure the budget allocation needed to smooth the launch of different commercial activities.
  • Prepare weekly CXO revenue projection presentation for the CCO.
  • Assess spending requirements for all commercial teams.
  • Evaluate commission schemes and their effect on company financials.
  • OPEX control based on available funds.
