CRM Manager

Role Objective:

  • Lead in developing CRM strategy in order to achieve the company objectives in regards to loyalty, customers’ engagement, churn targets and program profitability for our high value consumer base and corporate accounts.
  • Build the Etisalat lifestyle engagement platform (Etisalat Club) targeting mass communities through lifestyle differentiated offers and rewards to boast base life time value and loyalty.
  • Create the best partners network in Egypt as main pillar in providing differentiated lifestyle rewards for both high value segments and mass communities

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting CRM & Lifestyle unit’s yearly strategy and marketing plan.
  • Develop and create lifestyle reward platform with different lifestyle offers targeting different communities.
  • Build a solid customer lifestyle understanding study as an enablers for lifestyle proposition.
  • Lead CRM and Lifestyle communities teams in developing and designing different loyalty and engagement programs/promotions across all segments to generate and stimulate revenues from targeted high value customers and mass communities
  • Accountable for loyalty and churn targets for high value customers across all segments/tariff plans (high value MORE base “consumer & corporate)
  • Set and develop clear partners strategy in market approach as main pillar in lifestyle offerings to high value segment (MORE) and mass communities (Etisalat Club Program)
  • Boast base communities lifetime value through different engagement offers with more focus on prepaid recharge simulation.
  • Lead partnership management team in acquiring, engaging and managing lifestyle partners in market.
  • Develop and manage Marketing calendar with external partners
  • Manage the consumer high value program including the customer experience enhancements required
  • Responsible for improving all weak or non-competitive attributes related to CRM and customer loyalty programs
  • Responsible for proper application of segmentation across all segments


Qualifications Essential

  • University Degree in commerce, economics, business administration. MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience.
  • Area of specialization: marketing
  • Good Computer skills, V. good MS Office and V. good presentation skills.
  • Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
