Admin Assistant

  • Coordinate with all the network team to collect and ensure the prompt submission of the staff quarter and annual objective letters to reach the Human Resources department on time.
  • Review petty cash as per company policy.
  • Following-up petty cash memos and deliver to PCO.
  • Updating NTS customer data as per required.
  • Preparing administrative reports with required data.
  • Schedule the meetings and take the meeting minutes.
  • Prepare various reports as per requested.
  • Prepare memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software. 
  • Database management, by updating the NTS, fixing any errors that may occur while using.

Migrating Customers, helping the migration team in the migration process of shifting customers from the old data base to the new one.

 

Knowledge:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office

Education:

  • Business Administration

 

Prior Work Experience:

  • 2-3 Years in the same field

 

Language Proficiency:

  • V. Good in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.
