Acquisition Senior Team Leader



Acquire new corporate customers, handle selling to enterprise segment, set the offer and rules then communicate to the sales to tell the offers to customers. Manage the different enterprise tariffs to meet the customer needs



  • Communicate with the budgeting team to set the department budget prior to approvals to be sent to Etisalat group and receive the final Annual budget
  •  Set targets to the sales department from the budget included in the KPIs and send it to Marketing budgeting team to send it to the sales annual budget
  • Set the marketing annual plan to include launches of year projects and Implement effectively the marketing plan and launch assigned projects as planned
  • Handle assigned industry’s customized offers and bids to acquire top ARPU accounts (get the info from the sales).
  • Conduct needed analysis related to gross adds and revenues to study trends and produce insights of future plans
  • Supervise team performance through coaching and work results management to enhance team capabilities.

  • 7-8 years of experience, 3 of which in telecom field
